Insurance covers 'Limited Carriers Risk" which covers the furniture whilst it is in transit, if damaged as a consequence of the carrying vehicle being involved in fire, collision, or overturning. Items are covered under "Carrier Liability Insurance" which is limited cover of $10,000 max per load with $1500 per item max and $400 excess. If items exceed $1500 or you require a more comprehensive cover please contact your own insurance company or call 0508467873 to insure your goods with us, forms attached below.

Items not covered by insurance:

• Electrical appliances if they fail to operate at new address.
• Cracked or damage items, torn, scratched or dented items.
• pot plants.
• Items packed by clients.
